The REVA University (Kannada: ರೇವ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ) is a private state University located in Bangalore, Karnataka. The Reva Group of Educational Institutions was established in 2002, managed by Rukmini Educational Charitable Trust.[citation needed] In 2004 it was taken over by Rukmini Educational Charitable Trust led by Dr. P. Shyama Raju. REVA University was established in 2004 as an educational venture by the Divyasree Developers.

REVA group of institutions is located in Bangalore at Ganganagar, Sanjaynagar, and Kattigenahalli. The main campus at Kattigenahalli is well equipped in 45 acres of land with International standard amenities. This sprawling campus is located just off Bangalore International Airport making it very convenient for hordes of foreign students taking admissions to various courses.
